v6 engine question

Would a front wheel drive 3.8 work for a stang? obviously there would have to be some changes made, but im curious if it's even possible. There are tons of 3.8's at the pick and pull, but they are all fwd. can anybody tell me what would need to be done to use it?

edit: what year v6 engines fit my 95?

you can use any 94-04 v6 mustang engine in your car. in order to install a fwd 3.8l into your car your going to need the complete drive train and then rear setup and then the wiring harness and computer and alot of fabbing work.

you can't use any fwd 3.8l only rear wheel drive 3.8l

if you go with a engine 99+ then you will need a tune. I believe other then some wiring it drops right in

well just from the look of the few engines that are fwd such as a few hondas and my dads svt focus
im gonna have to say that the build of a fwd engine wont work, they usually sit side to side, instead of front to back, but who knows

lol i just picture taking my engine and turning it 90 degrees and trying to make it work :p

do wanna keep my eye on this post will be interesting to see
