3.8 94 thunderbird sc to 96 mustang (3.8)

I bought a 94 thunderbird supercoupe engine 10,000 miles beutifle motor complete included wireing harness computers everything...

I am curiouse would i have to change the wireing harness? i had a guy install the motor trans and been trying to get the engine to fire no spark cant figure it out... my old motor was a 3.8 also but it blew up so i decided to go with the 3.8 supercharged....
Any info would be a big help im tired of messing with this thing...
