The look of calipers would be easiest and cheapest just painting them. You can choose whatever color, and it isn't hard at all. Esp. since the finish doesn't have to be great being that they are mostly hidden and aren't touched.

Look into R1 concepts. Disc Brake Rotors & Pads | R1Concepts.com. They also have an Ebay store that has package deals for rotors and pads. I love the look of my drilled/slotted from them, and with Hawk pads the performance is slightly better than stock. The one knock on drilled/slotted rotors (mostly from the drilling) is that it weakens the rotors. I haven't had any issue with this, and I'm pretty confident that the company provides parts that won't go cracking under normal driving, or anything on the street. If you are taking the thing auto-xing as said earlier you'll want some high quality stuff if you get serious with it.
+1 If you plan to AC it, then get good performing brakes, not necessarily good looking. But most companies that make good brakes go a little farther to make them look nice like pre painted calipers and accent painted discs and pads. All which will not inadvertently effect performance.

Thanks, I plan on painting just my stock ones then, and then get the drilled/slotted rotors.

Since my car is silver, and my rims are silver and black what should I paint my calipers, silver or black? On the center caps is writing in red, would maybe red look good? I can post a pic if needed

That's what I'm thinking, the red calipers will help the red in the center caps pop out
