shift kit seems pretty sweet, couple more questions though...

a CAI will still improve throttle response at lower speeds without a shift kit, right?

and is a shift kit so awesome that once it's installed, you can just kinda bypass it if you want and just drive it like a regular automatic? Can it be turned on and off or does it still have an overdrive gear that doesn't require shifting or something?

CAi will increase throttle response overall but it won't help you shift into a lower gear faster. If you get the shift kit get the b&M shifter and it goes
p
r
n
d
3
2
1
to shift manually put in first and just go up and down from there, if you want it to be an automatic just leave it in drive. 1 is first, 2 is second, 3 is third, and d is the automatic setting and if you shift to it from 3 it is the overdrive gear.

Faleen... i see no prices for the products. Im interested in the shift improvment kit first.. that may be all i want/need. Do you know the price on that improvment kit?

So with the shift improver... it has 2 modes.. correct? Race, beefier casual driving... and regualr shift.. correct? I can afford the 65$.. it would take a while for the shift selector.... Im kinda weary of it... id like to be able to slam it into gear... with that straight forward and back stuff, knowing my luck i would acidentally skip D and go straight to R doin about 55 mph.... BOOM. i doubt ill get that. The shift improver i will get. What is there to the intall of it Faleen? Do you have to tear anything down or what?

it has neutral and reverse lock out they are way ahead of you lol.

Shift improvement kit has a towing package and race package you will want the race one.

if you get the shift improvement kit get that torque converter as well better to get both so just save up till you got the cash. And for install you'll have to go to a transmission shop should be a 150 dollar job tops.

And advantages of ram air you get a bit better throttle response at about 60. and what do you mean where does the pipe end up. if goes out your fender and down behind my bumper.
