catted H pipeA.These will pass emission tests i know but will they effect my exhaust sound? B. Will these alter exhaust performance? -StevO! |

you might be able to talke to some one and see if they have hi flow cats they can put on instead of what they have and or see if they are high flow cats... if you have computer emissions test then you can get MIL's and not worry but i doubt that you do...

if you dont have cats and have mil eliminators you will still fail emissions. all the mil does is make it so that the CEL doesnt come on

not to be rude but i already knew that about the MIL and how it makes the light go off and thats it. i know if i have emissions i will fail....but that didnt answer my question...
A. Will it affect sound with a catted H pipe B. will it affect performance |

yea everything will be effected but slightly... like i said check and see if the suppliers have hi flow cats that they install or if they are just average ones... the highflows don't effect performance as much ... but both will deaden sound just a hair

yea it'll give you less horse less sound and a worst sound

dead people are quite and smooth... it wouldn't be a worse sound just not as much
