Is this worth it?

My friend is going to give me his old turbo from his 95(i think) eclipse is it even worth me installing it? if so what kind of gains would i get?

I'm not sure whether or not it is worth it, or for that matter if it will work, but i do know that before you get it you should look to make sure it isnt built up with carbon. also should look at the unit itself to make sure it doesnt look like crap, how much is he charging for it?

i say if its free, take it.. u might be able to do something w/ it.. as far as usability.. ull have to wait on someone like cricket to help w/ that..
