Service engine soon???

My light is on all the time... the one day my battery died, put a new one in and it went off then a little while ago it came back on and idk y

I would suggest you bring it in and get your codes read, see what that says...

what u mean get ur codes read... like take it to autozone and have them check it... if thats what u mean i already tried doing that they said that my car is to old

the 94 doesn't have OBDII sorry... your gonna have to take it in

what...? I have a '94 and when my check engine light went on I just brought it to the local garage and they checked the codes and reset it or something.

I don't really know how it works exactly but its like some codes that they get from the car that can tell you what it is that triggered the check engine light. like a diagnostic to tell you what's wrong.
