Help Please
When i'm steering my wheel i hear a squeaking noise which has been getting worse. A few weeks ago i went into get an oil change and was recommended having a front hub assembly replaced. My question is it that what would be making this noise?

Theres 3-4 pieces up front that could be squeaking, it could be a bushing that needs replacing or you might need to grease something up, its hard to say.

Ball joints... if you can safely raise the car and get the wheels off the front, inspect the steering linkage and suspension assembly. Most likely you'll notice what is causing the issue.
I guess ball joints as they are notorious for going out on Fords... the rubber boot that holds the grease in tears or gets worn down, so no grease can stay on and around the metal on metal contact, thus causing the noise.
