I'm assuming when you say clutch that includes pressure plate & clutch disk. While everything is apart can I suggest replacing the pilot shaft bearing as well. You don't want to get it all together & have a bad pilot shaft bearing which will take out you tranny main shaft bearing.

That is a wicked price, I had to pay 1k. That sucked, but it had free towing. I couldn't drive it, because the friction material grenaded off of my clutch on a down shift. I barely made it home. Pulling up the driveway I had to floor it, it was a smoke show.

Fair price.
New flywheel? or resurfacing the old one? Nothing wrong with resurfacing the old one. What clutch? I have the King Cobra and I love it. Ask if they offer any warranty on parts/labor? get it in writing.

Even all stock replacements thats a good price, labor is at times $100 per hour...
I agree with Rick in having the pilot bearing replaced, as well as the rear main seal.

Talking to me? "Heavy duty" what ever that meant.... My dad got it done for me as a gift while I was out of town, so I had no say.
