Reverse Idler gear and countershaft gone

Some trans problems and the guy called me up today and told me....i was hoping the counter shaft was ok but he said it was damaged....along with a bad seal thats been leaking for months which i told the dealership about and they said it was just dirt and shit collected on the bellhousing....until my warranty was up they said it was a tranny leak....fcuking people are a joke....so now hes gona change the countershaft, both main seals, and the reverse gear for 365$ ....this a good price ? I would guess the tranny would feel new .....ive had a problem with reverse for a while and that leak will now be fixed....

i got quoted at $400 for the mail seals alone... either your getting a good deal or my quote was shit

well this guy was cutting me a deal big time...the counter shaft new was over 200....and the seals and shit he was charging 5 bucks up to 8 bucks....plus its gona be fully cleaned and filled.... so im lucking out...my tranny was leakign for a while but the dealership said it was dirt and shit settling and becoming grime shit....but after my warranty they said the tranny was leaking....thanks to a bad seal so that may be one reason why the parts inside weren't doing so well

yea... i think i blew up my lower rear main today when my car over heated... piece of shit... their go my gears huh?
