Question

1994 mustang need a little bit of help

So as my dad passed away in 08 he left me with some mustang engine info in working on them, so I bought me A 1994 v6 mustang and well I want to do a tune up on her like spark plugs and wires, fule filter, oil and oil filter change, run premium gas and flue cleaner in it, air filter or even change her to cold air.... I want to know what else I might need to do to her I just got her so I don't know if any problems yet well when I drove her home and I pulled in the drive and pushed on the break and just sat there she shoke and on the high way she felt kind of dog ish till she got up to speed but I'm use to driving v8 so I don't know if that's normal but I love her and want to make her run like a champ and fix her up and paint her yellow and black like daddys car so will some one please help me thanks

"." this, use it

as for your tune up sounds like a good list to start with. Also check the belt for cracks or missing teeth...as for the shaking...

how many miles? auto or what?

air filter (if you dont have a K&N or a CAI or something), plugs, don't forget fuel filter. Change the oil... detail the actual engine compartment... and you will have done a nice tune-up I think. Even cars like to be clean

When I got her 175000 miles and auto couldn't pass up the deal only $600 for her, cuz body needs work but I'm getting that fixed free....
Right now she is stock air filter but I would like her to have a cold air but don't know which kind to pick, and when I go clean the engine what do you recamend? Take her to the car wash un plug battery and use the engine wash?

Any one also know or recamend which spark plugs to use I'm looking on advanced auto and they go from $2 to $10 and up I would think the more money the better but I heard not always true!

What do you want? Just a car thats going to run good to daily drive?

> Get ngk/autolight/motorcraft copper plugs
> change the air filter
> check the coil / plug wires
> oil change

If you want to clean the engine you can do it the way you mentioned at the car wash just be sure to cover up the alt and coil pack. And with that many miles, your in danger of h/g issues.
