dont forget you got to buy the transmission.... wiring harness.... upgrade your fuel system....

whats so great about that deal?? lol I can buy+forge a used gt block for a lil cheaper then that.

I think he is talking about swapping the cobra motor into your 3.8 (and all the parts to go along with it)

Better off going with a built 4v than that motor. Reason being is a BUILT 4v could probablly make more power than a hyper piston 5.0l. Also you have to do something about power steering because those new cars have electronic steer to make room...and that could get rather expensive.

All in all not too great.

But the SSMS Stage 2+ says it adds 80hp. That's probably adding it to a stock 3.8, so add some more horses for it being a 4.2... I'd say you're sitting close to 300.

I meant engine Hp, didn't say rwhp. So... then I was close to correct. I'm just not sure what the 4.2 stroker does for numbers.
