I use an air grinder for most of the porting. But it gets to be a pain in the butt. Cuz my compressor cant keep up.
Then I have been using a dremel with those stones to get in and clean it up. I also am using it with sanding wheels to polish. I have about 10 hours into it. I just got to fill the EGR ports, which I ground out already. Then fill in the holes for the IMRC shaft. Then blend those in. Port the other side, and smooth it all out and polish it. Then I have to clean the gasket surfaces that I knicked a couple times on accident with the cutter.
