v6 mustang has the shakes
okay so it only does it some times but when i put on the brakes and at a dead stop she shakes i had my aunts boyfriend just test it he said he didnt feel it but i did some one got any ideas

They all wish they had one but this family is all ford,they all stop and stair at are 1971 mach 1 fastback dads, 1994 mustang mine, and 2010 gt mustang moms we love the looks

its a 94 hun ... its 16years old ... mine works great, but ill be selling it soon.
Shaking when on brakes, need alignment ? Dead stop ? not to sure |

maybe ur brake pads are wearing out (check front and rear) or you are just braking a bit too hard...
also, have uve done a brake fluid flush? It may not even be brake related, im just throwing this out there cuz on my wife 2000 sable, the brakes need to be replaced and its doin the same thing ur describing

mine shakes 30 seconds after I ht the gas but then it goes away I actually kind of like it but it only started happening after I got the duals

You need new rotors if it shakes when you hit the brakes or they need to be turned.

If it is shaking at a dead stop it is not the brakes.

If its shaking while stopping, especially down hills, it is likely one of 2 things: brake pads or rotors.

If it is not enough for your BF to feel it then it is probably just an old car and you are worried about nothing
