help me understand turbo

Okay I dont know anything about cars so thats why Im on this forum trying to learn stuff. I saw tma's twin turbo kits yesterday, as I was reading the page it said it had turbo headers and a dual 2.5" mild steel exhuast dump for the true dual exhaust set up. does this mean that you can bolt/weld on a 2.5 aftermarket exhaust with out buying the h pipe.

thank you

you could get a long tube h pipe and make the downpipes work with
it so it would cut down on fabrication
