3.8l cam swap

I talked to the man at supersixmotorsports.com and he is hooking me up with a cam. he said that a cam with 204 degrees duration and .48" lift would work on my stock headers and without changing the valve springs.

my real question is.. how to install this cam without removing everything, and going through 15 hours or more of crap.

I dont know if it would work but Anderson Ford Motorsport makes a tool($50) for pulling the lifters out far enough to clear cam with out removing the intake manifold.but its used for a 5.0.It would cut your labor time in half.Bounce that question off AFM if it would work on a 3.8.
