question on exhaust systems

If you can, get the vehicle registered in a state that doesnt require inspection. I registered mine in kentucky and had a custom system with flowmaster 40s with absolutley no cats im not sure how it would work for most people since I joined the army at 17 (I really have no Idea how anything works outside of army life) so I can register my vehicle in almost any state that I want to.... no state inspection no problem. Im not sure how many states are like that though. I know michigan doesnt require it either.

NYS requires inspection and if you reside in the state of NY you have to have your car registered and inspected in NYS
