232 to 351

so ive seriously been doing an engine swap. at first i was thinking about doing a modular DOHC 330, but i want to be different and try to drop a pushrod 351w in my 98 stang. right now everything is just an idea and i want to make sure i get any unclear questions out of the way before i put one buck down on the project
-im not concerned about hood clearance, but i am concerned about bay clearance between p/s, a/c, alt, and other components and the coolant resevoir and fan. would i have to get a smaller fan and resevoir or should the one i have fit right now
-i know for the 302 to 351 swap the motor mounts are compatable but have the clearance issue, which right now is not a big issue cause ill make clearance. do i need to get 302/351 motor mounts or are the 232 mounts compatable as well?
-what are the AOD transmissions rated, because im guessin ill be making 350/400 hp with like 450ft/lbs at the most and i dont know if that transmission will take it.
-im probably going to have to buy a carb engine and then put an efi kit on it. as long as i find the right manuals it should be a breeze hooking up all the senors right?

also, i know there have to be books out there about doing a 96-98 engine swap so if anyone has links please post them.

You would be more /different/ doing a doch 330 than a 351.. Just look at the 94/95 302 for advice
