posi question...


i got a 2000 and want to do a swap... would a 8.8 out of a 88 bolt right up? or would it be different?

The 94 Cobra rear will work however you need to run spacers because 99-04s are wider.

The 94 cobra rear is probably set up for the larger rear brakes though.

That would require you to get new rotors, pads and modify your calipers

or

pull the axles and put in the GT/V6 brackets

You would probably just be better off waiting until you found one out of a 99-04. I find them around my area all the time ranging from 200-400 dollars.
