some people take it off and shorten it (hack saw) then reinstall and bend it down backwards towards manifold. VAP has installation pictures on there site. sounds like you already bent the fuel line down. oh after mine broke i did this temporaly untill i can find a new line, which has been a bitch to find so far.

Small bolt and jb weld should hold her. got tb on So Im figuring that im going to need to delete my smog pump, I have a tuner so All i need to do is block off the thing and find a cap for the header. Some how my smog pump looks differnt from everyone elses, its almost right under the new tb, and it looks like everyone elses is to the left neer the corner of the fuel rail. And how do I get shit to plug back in, it looks like nothing is long enough to reach the new routed area

egr cap is 1 1/8" i couldnt get the damn coolant overflow low enough so i said fuck it and let my reciprocating saw do the work (thought i had a pic, anyway i cut half the cap off so it would work)

i have no idea if the cap will come back off lol

and my car is still running like shit

also im pretty sure only some 99-00's had smog pumps

Done for the night, a few notes....

deleting smog pump I guess, need to get delete kit or cap for header.

need more bolts and nuts for mounting shit

feel like im 60% done atleast, just need to put on wires, tubes and shit

Should I cut and crimpe the individual wires or buy extentions.

will my car run poorly without an egr delete tune or is it just a check engine light( I have a tunner so ill be getting it taken care of anyway

Make your own. your would be wasting money buying extensions. I didn't even need extensions. I had just enough length. Mine ran like crap without a tune.

who makes extensions? and whats with everyone running like crap after install. mine runs hard, idles smooth never a problem. i dont have a tuner, yes light is on for egr but have plans for january. i think some of you guy are in to big of a hurry to slap some shit together. streatch this wire, slap some silcone here, jb weld this hole, over tighten this. i had all my set up layed out amd mocked up on the bench and walked through it 2 or 3 times before install. when in came time to install it was a walk through. 45min.
my advice to all. slow down read instruction dont try to hurry its not a race
