The led's could make the left one speed up. I dont know why your right one goes fast. Are you talking about the blinkers themselves or the light on your gauage cluster?

Really come on. I have no clue what you just said. Use your grammar skills.

This is after you installed the LED's?

Are the rest of your blinker bulbs functioning? If one of your taillight bulbs or front blinkers is out it will make them blink fast. Check that first.

Check to see if there is any corrosion or burn marks in the sockets.

You could try to scrape off the contacts with a small flat head screwdriver or a wire brush. If corrosion or burns is the case, then you will want to get some dielectric grease from the auto store and put some in the socket before reinserting the light bulbs.

If this all started when the new lights went in it could just be the fact that the led's or new blinkers draw less current than the original blinkers did, so your car thinks one is out. That would speed up the blinker light on the inside at least.
