you're just gonna have to maneuver around everything, i took my air filter off and that gave me a little extra room, come some ratchets and use those on them. Took me something like 2 hours to get off and 15 minutes to get back on.

Air Intake off if youre going at it from above. If you have a lift you dont really need to bother with that. My bolts that hold it on came out with minimal issues, but the flange studs were a little tricky so a torch sped that up (since my kit came with new ones anyways) Just be careful and take your time so you dont break anything

You have to remove the midpipe, which is 2 bolts close to the muffler, then 2 bolts on pass. side and 2 nuts to remove on driver side. Also the electrical connections for the o2's.

Then you can lower the car back down and remove the air intake, then the header itself. It will lift out of the top. Don't do one bolt at a time, rather in sequence, so loosen them all some, then go back and remove them. Start at the very center, as this is a guide stud, not a nut.

When you install a new one, do this in reverse, use the guide stud in the center first, then work out to rear and front. This is key, as the guide stud will be near impossible to get in if you don't do it first.

Edit: You don't really have to remove guide stud first, but def. put it back in first.

Remove the egr tube first, it makes it a lot easier to reach the bolts.

Remove the air cleaner assy, remove the EGR from the manifold, remove the mid pipe from the flange, remove the 6 bolts that hold the manifold to the head, and remove the manifold from the top. reverse to re-assemble.
