Dont know
Ok so my plan was to Mac Long Tube Headers, Mac o/r H-Pipe, and Mac cat-back exhaust all costing $835.74 shipped to my door. My dad is not asking but begging me to only put a cat-back exhaust and not headers and a mid pipe. He thinks that it will sound like shit. He wants me to get a Cat-Back, CAI, and lowering springs instead will cost about the same thing. I know its my car but i dont know if it will sound good either....Opinions please.

Your exhaust setup will sound fine and give you much more performance then a catback CAI and springs. At least get the mid pipe and get rid on the restrictive y-pipe or you are just wasting your money on cat back.

Oh and I would also get under drive pullys....so u.d. pullys, cai, cat-back, and lowering springs. Another way i could go about it would be get a GT exhaust instead of a V6 and just let my dad fabricate the Y-pipe for now and get all the other sruff I just listed. Then laster on I could get long tube headers and an o/r h-pipe.

Ok I would get Headers have your dad fab you and h-pipe then get a cat back for a gt or just custom fab up your own. then get the CAI and ud pulleys with the money you save from the h-pipe. Cause your cats will keep your exhaust note lower. I personally have catless v6's

Another question if possible i would like to get an X-pipe but I haven't seen for for a V6 with long tubes...I've seen universal ones for long tubes from it was either Pypes or Bassani, do you think they would work? I'm also really worried what my car will sound like without Cats......

Don't get an x sounds like ass on our cars. H is better and will keep your tone lower. I would honestly move the cats down and weld them on the h-pipe and connect the headers to the h-pipe.

I ordered the mac o/r hpipe and the 2.5" exhaust. That's supposedly what that v6 is running |

Itll sounds good, dont you worry. I run now with MAC LT headers, Dynomax Hpipe, Flowmaster Super 40s, and tips. Ive gotten alot of questions on wether its a V8 or not, and the look on their faces when I let em know its a V6 is just great. Im sure the sound would speak for itself.

lol yeah seeing how its just a simple weild job..
l/ts o/r h-pipe + mac catback = monster sound.. it wont sound close to shit.. gts with just catbacks will shit their pants if they here that.. it will be louder than most GTs that just modded the midpipe and cat-back.. and it wont sound like a v8 but it will sound like a REALLY mean six.. people will be like "wtf did you do to your car to make it so loud??"
