its because they are cross drilled and slotted which keeps them cooler making them mroe efficient.. and they have 4 pistons in them (twice as much as stock ones) that do the clamping down on the rotor..

You Can Get Cross Drilled N Slotted Roters For Like 180 a piece
i didnt say rotors i said brakes.
i Was Only Saying U Can Get Them For That Much

OK? why the hell do you have 2,000 brakes in your car that you dont like..? you kept saying you didnt like your car n all this.. you realize im gonna call bs on this because brembos for the front 13inch kit will run 2000dollars.. and the rear about 1000..
i have them on there because they were on there when i bought it........ call bs all you want. i dont give two shits. i dont like my car but i like how great i brake. the lady i bought it from had a new lexus suv. her husband has an nsx and an m3. they were loaded and just wanted this thing out of there way.

Cobra 13inch brake kit converison....then you'll be ok unless you wanna put a Brembo or Wilwood kit on...STRANGE makes nice ones to or keep it cheap with kevlar brakes and some fancy drilled and slotted rotors stock V6 size same as the GT

ok so im looking into some for my 06 but all i can fond through steeda only mention the gts so im taking that they'll only work with the gts and not my v6 yet... i guess ill have to wait till my warranty runs out with that so it wont void my warranty either like all the other stuff i want to do with it also.... o well it would take me some time to save up that kinda money anyway
also heres a link to the ones that im lookin at if anybody would know the difference http://www.steeda.com/products/gt_front_brake_kit.php

unless your pushing alot of power and/or street race then getting drilled/slotted rotors seem like a waste of money. unless your making your car look badass then that will compliment it very nicely. summit has some cheap drilled/slotted rotors for like $40.
