no it won't hurt your car.

it'll more than likely hurt your pocket if a cop sees it installed on your car though :wink

However they do come in handy on camping trips, smores anyone?

and like HMUSN said, be careful around cops. ONLY use it off the street, and even then be weary, fuzz might still mess with you over it.

waste of money in my opinion. Really no point in a "that looks cool" thing may possibly cause heatsoak in your exhaust.

I would do a flamethrower kit just for some show purpose.... (i dont have cats btw so I don't have to worry about the)

HOWEVER
------------

I would make sure i had full bolt ons and a few power mods before I spent my money on something like a FT kit. Their a s/c gt here with cams no cats and he throws flames sometimes (no kit)

well he had clutch problems so it back fired a lot....now with his new flywheel and clutch setup it doesnt throw a ball of fire out the back...my buddy just missed a shift when flooring it and flames shot out for a second...other then that its not common with his car at all....turbo cars usually have it the best tho

Yeah that GT was running ULTRA RITCH, we could say he was running bill gates....

I've seen a guy take cats off a s2000 and run 3" exhaust and it would backfire and flame all the time.

Yeah the compression on the older s-2000's is ridiculously high.
