cai filter

so i bought a cai from ebay for my 06. it was actually from k2motor.com. i just received it last thursday but the problem was that the air filter was missing. it clearly said when i bought it that it comes with an air filter. well i've emailed them twice already about the problem and they still won't reply. so i'm just thinking of buying the filter myself since they're being dicks. are there different size air filters? and what brand should i go with? btw this is the cai i bought:

i know i paid 72 bucks for an ebay cai and it dint even come with an air filter! grr! oh wel but i've read that the air filter makes the difference and that the tubing is mostly the same. i have all the clamps and hardware for it but no filter. i went to the k&n site but they had a whole bunch of cone filters. how do i go about measuring the size??

no, i just unhooked the battery cable for like 10 minutes to reset stuff, but i dont even think ya have to do that, but no u do not need a tune for CAI....it would have been cheaper to just build a CAI for ur car instead of paying all that for that online... pvc pipe, sleeves, filter, the clamps, a lot cheaper than buying one, and the pvc wont heat up as much like that metal will.

If you have an 05+ V6, you will need a re-flash. The computer on the 05+ are not configured for all that extra air flow into your intake, so you need to reflash the computer.

Actually it's a toss up. That spanish oak, is a pita. You may need it, or you may not. Some do, and some don't I recommend a tuner as the s197 first mod.
