I have a fuel inefficient 80s buick that I put around 900 miles on a month.... I bet it gets worse gas mileage than both your cars!

LT's aren't very hard to install. Just make sure you have a way to chop of your exhaust behind the second pair of cats and it helps to have someone under the car as well as someone to start the threading of the new bolts up top. I did mine in a couple of days out in the parking lot of my apartment build and used a hacksaw to chop off my exhaust. . . . that was a pain. |

I installed all my exhaust by myself, 1 day (maybe 3 hours of work) to remove all the stock stuff
and another 3 or so hours to put everything in, this was also my first time doing any kind of work other than visual to a car. And there is a write up with pics, just google it. Im sure it will pop up. I would also get some decent mechanics gloves, makes things a bit easier on the hands. |
