Switched Divorced to H-pipe Flowmaster 40's
Well a couple of months ago I got dual flowmaster 40's h-pipe but it turned out it was divorced. So I went back to meineke and they put a midpipe in right after the cats. My car now feels slower but sound is much more consistent and the I can actually hear the deep sound at 700RPMs at a red light. Also there are no more vibrations
. I got this done an hour ago so maybe it will feel faster tomorrow but if anyone has any input it will be appreciated.

its a little more backpressure man...so it'll feel a bit slower, however if you gut or remove your cats that'll fix you right up

Its too late for that now but is there any other way I can fix this and if I can't will I get better MPG because of the lower RPMS

The more you push the pedal the more gas you use, if you're going for power (generally speaking) you get worse MPG
and it probably isnt that much slower... just curious, why did you got from divorced to an h-pipe

There shouldn't have been any noticeable difference in power.. I'm assuming that it won't have an effect on mpg (at least a very small one).

I just didn't want to take the chance that it would be raspy. Also is it possible that the loss in power is because they didn't make big enough holes in the pipe when they put the midpipe in because it looked like the diameter of the pipe was 1/2 an inch bigger than the holes?

I worked out a deal for new twin precision turbos that will run a 5 PSI each. With professional installation of custom fabbed piping for a total of 5K.
