I dont really think the gt maf will be that big of an upgrade. If You wanna upgrade maf go with the lightning one which ive seen for like 50 bucks on craiglist and theres a site for 90 for a new one. Just my opinion. Goodluck

You have no reason to upgrade your MAF right now. If you were going to you would want something other than a GT MAF most likely.

It would require a retune at the very least.

2000 Prochaged V6. T-lok, Mach 1 takeoff exhaust with H-pipe, 20% tint, OEM fogs and all HIDs.

SAE Corrected: 289HP/298TQ at 5100RPM(Pegged MAF).

hmmm, would it have to be a custom tune? or is it something that the xcal could recognize? if i could id get the c&l maf the 73mm but thats alot more then a gt one, so for a cheap upgrade that might help, i still want to do it, cause i know the lightning one would be overkill.

It would have to be a custom tune. You're not going to gain anything by upgrading this.

My stock MAF maxed out at 289RWHP which you're not even close to. It's usually best to upgrade the MAF when you go FI or are needing a custom tune anyways.
