intake manifold runner stuck

intake manifold runner stuck

i have an 04 3.8L that i have been dawging the crap out of for the past week. Last night my check engine light came on and it turns out that my intake manifold runner is stuck open. could anybody tell me a little more about this or how much it will cost to fix?

it will cost 300.00 at the ford dealership. Just take it there.

well, dont drive it too much. Just if you HAVE to. Ford claimed that they fixed that problem in 99, but I guess they didnt.
