P0156 Code

Hey all. Hate this to be my first post, but I see a good bit of knowledge floating around on these forums and I figure asking can't hurt. I've got a '97 V6 Mustang and after my check engine came on I scanned it and got a P0156 code, which read out as O2 Sensor 2, Bank 2. That would be the driver's side rear (post-cat) sensor. I replaced it with a fresh sensor and it's still on. Any ideas as to what this could be caused by? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It is a "circuit malfunction" check the wiring for an open or a short.
