All you need to know is that you don't want to do any WOT upshifts into OD.

I would love to know who started this myth that the O/D button makees a difference when racing.
Your car runs EXACTLY the same with or without the button pushed, it simply keeps it from shifting into 4th gear. Jesus someone make a sticky about this. |

FAIL ![]() 2 it might help in street racing to get a few more hunder rpm outta 3rd... But that matters so little, and just raises chances in f'ing stuff up, I wouldnt suggest it lol. And jw, do the new 6speed autos use O/D as 6th or what ?? Do they even have O/D option on them lol ? |

I'm strickly talking about a 1/4 mile ET with and without OD should be exactly the same (not exactly obviously but so close that it shows there isn't a difference) |
