yea it is and if you leave the belt on and give it a good jolt while everything is still on then it makes it a tiny bit easier

the crank bolt is more like 21 or 22 mm. heres a link to the install

you aren't taking the crank of tho well on mine i didn't

your just removing the pulley from the ballancer on mine... but i forgot yall have internal balancers ... shit so i don't know anymore

From what im looking at on the car the directions on that site are more complicated than this really is

just a question... i noticed u have a 2000 did u make sure to get the harmonic balancer? if its needed... in 2000 ford put one on there mustangs and removed it later in the year

its not hard to pull the harmonic tho... i did it ... i needed an impact to pop it off really easily tho the crank was turnin on mine and it was a bitch...

well mine is a 97 so it was easy... although mine isn't as hard as your s is it was still rather easy to pull the crank shaft dampener off and put it back on... its just a lil key hole that you have to line up it is easier if you remove the over flow tank and the fan... that gives you like a foot of clearance to work with... if your a lil cramped in their...

impact gun... wrench dealio... you could probably rent one... i should have told you that before you started but it slipped my mind that we have different set ups im sorry... and you have given it firm jolts right like pop it really hard?

thats the only hard part is getting that one bolt off... and the easy way out is an impact...
