Lumpy cam

Ok, I have a question. I was looking at comp cams site, and is this cam the same as the lumpy cam on ssms? 44-704-9 - Xtreme Energy? Hydraulic Roller Tappet Camshafts

That cam is a decent base for any future peformance mods. I would run it in my car.

I am lost.

The duration on that cam at .050 lift is 218/226. That is the same spec as the lumpy cam on ssms. 218/226. I believe you that it is different. I thought it was cuz the LSA is different but they call it something else on comp instead of lsa like ssms.

Well if I decide to get a cam, I think I will spend the extra fifty bucks and just go with ssms so I can get a cam that is known to make some pretty good power with my mods. A couple cars have made in the 230 ish rwhp range with just windstar and bolt ons and that cam through a five speed.
