Option 2, but I would see if you can get a fabbed H pipe in there too

Go with option 2, but see if the shop can fab up your piping for you. All you need is the flowmasters and the tips you want, then they will charge around 75 to fab up some pipe. You can get it done for around 300 total

Mandrel bends flow better, because they are smooth... The other option is crush bent the inside of the bend will be rippled.

Not addressed as far as I can tell... Look on ebay for that small cover. You'll probably find it. Unless you don't know how to ebay, then that would suck!

Or you could even, if you like spam, post in your local craigslist auto parts want/sale section.
