I just not sure you shoulda went w/ them if your going SC, but thats a common argument i think either 3.55 or 3.73 im sure they'll be fine though.
what kind of SC ?

Ya the performance place that does our work is very knowledgeable felt 3.73's were the best since its a daily driver. Thinking about a procharger? not sure yet.

3.73s will work well for a DD procharged car. Actually for a procharger you want like 4.10s even. But if it is a DD i would stick with 3.73s. The procharger your not making your horsepower till higher RPMs so you want to get there as fast as possible.

I don't think people realize how gear ratios work...they always worry about top end with gears. If you can get these cars to do 5500 rpm in final gear (I believe they are a .68 OD? Very close to the same final ratio for autos...) you will be going about 160+ with 3.73s and 150+ with 4.10s. Just an FYI.

And to answer your question...approaching 100k I would keep it around 350 and that should be safe with good tuning.

I didnt run them as hard as possible, but when I got my 3.73s in, I didnt wait that 500 miles. I think I drove 1 mile before I got on it a lil. Not WOT (keep in mind its an auto, no reving and dropping the clutch:p)
Anyways, mines all good. That was a good 3k miles ago or more. probably 6k

some people are lucky and get away with it...but having that break in period is a MUST! it will keep your gears from breaking down the road! I think around 500miles you can finally open it up

I was lucky to get 2 blocks before I chirped the tires (no burnouts in the area I got them installed) and started having fun 4.10s rule

You want to go with a low gear if you have a turbo since you would want to stay in boost longer. With a supercharger you want a little steeper gear since you build boost as your rpms increase and you usually don't make peak boost until high in your rpms.

the charge 100 per hour and it took 4hrs to tear apart and rebuild the 8.8 and install the gears.
