Opinion on my rear

Alright so last sunday the 14th I finally turned 21, and as my birthday/christmas present he is going to be paying for 4.10's, full install kit with bearings, and an LSD... My problem is that he will fully pay if I get the Ford Racing Trac-loc, but he said that if I want the Detroit True-trac I can get that if I pay the difference in price. I will personally be doing the install.

Sooo should I pay the difference for the Detroit diff or not?

Detroit will definitely be stronger. Get it if you plan on getting more horsepower and hard launches.

Planning on keeping it as long as I live, and putting 350+ hp in it so long as the budget continues to approve.
