Lumpy Cam

does anyone have a audio or audio video clip of a stock 3.8l with the lumpy cam, or the extream cam from compcams? same durration but compcams is cheaper, so i get the feeling thats what im going with, but I want to see what itl sound like while its stock.

also, my 96 3.8l has 116,000 miles on it... itl be fine with the new cam as long as I get new valve springs right?

so.. how much damage will be done if all i get is the cam and springs? leave the stock push rods

the springs-
COMP Cams: Beehive™ Valve Springs: Top 1.075" O.D., .650" I.D.; Bottom 1.310" O.D., .885" I.D.

the cam-
COMP Cams: Xtreme Energy™, 273HR112 <BR> Max Strip & Street, Requires Spring

you know....
the pre 99 head flow isn't really that great, you will get the sound from the cam not the performance.
