Hey guys, so i have everything ready to paint to rims, but i need to remove the valve systems from my rims.... Ive heard than i just need to cut them off, but then i wouldnt be able to reuse them. Is there any other way i can get them off? or do i just use a knife?

you should be able to push them out the back, or if you cut them they are like $1-2 each

they are called valve stems.

Take em down to the local tire shop and ask to have them taken out, or ask to use their tool. They have a tool that screws on the top and pulls them out quite easily, the same tool is used to put them in.

I'd advise against reusing them after you've removed them anyway. They're cheap, and they're not meant to be installed, removed, and reinstalled.
