intake,lower and upeer porting


SSMP has a deal with porting my '95's upper and lower intake...i have stage 2 ported heads on my stage 2 powerpack.....but i want more flow for when i decide if i ever wana go turbo or supercharged....anyway....would this bennifit me to get the ported intake lower and upper with new throttle body? and if so how much? and would it add a better sound to my exhaust??thx

if your going to do that get split port intake.

they do have one for the 99+ which is a split pot but could i just get that or would i need to fab something on my shortblock to make it fit/work? or just bolt right up?

im almost 100% positive that you could put the 99-04 intake manifold on yours without any hassles. wait for someone with experience in this department though

it takes a bit of work... some new linkage and other things like that tommorana racing has kits too... if you wanna see what it all comes with... but it isn't a direct swap... their is a bit of extra work involved

it is worth the swap for the 94-98 6ers gives the extra hp for sure.

To be honest it really isn't worth it to do the swap. You can still make big power out of your single port engine. Especially if you go with forced induction. The fastest v6 mustang is single port and twin turbo. You can still reach your goal for your hp with single port.

A singleport better for modding than a splitport...Thats as bad as the sixer is better than GT argument
