gears

IMO go with 4.10s you'll only c a loss of 1-2 MPG. yea t-locks a great idea and i know RPMoutlet.com sells all of that stuff. 4.10s and t-lock can really give a stock v6 a kick in the but, i beleive the stock ratio is 3.23s or something of that sort so 4.10s will give you a major change

im not so worried about MPG as i am RPMS. i usually run about 80 on the freeway and rps are a little under 2500 so will i be running at 3k+ with 4.10s and is that good for the engine to be running at 3k+ for that long of a time. and i am definatly getting a t-loc when i get the grears in

What do you mean by not trusting your shifting skills? Do you mean a manual, or an auto, or both? I kind of over-react about stuff sometimes because I don't want to screw up my stang, and my first mods are going to be an 8.8" rear, 4.10's, and a t-lok.

in a manual the gears will be a lot shorter... but still very driveable... if you do go out and race a manual with 4.10's you have to be confident of your shift points or you will over rev and blow shit up... which isn't good...

but if you don't race your car unless there is some punk in a honda... then you should be good on your shifting

4.10's have a very short first and if your not a good shifter than you can over rev very easily in an auto you can't over rev cause a computer controls the shifts

Hey 94 haven't had another problem guess it was a hiccup thanks for asking

i said comfortable... as in yea it would be nice and it would make drivng a lot more fun but you will always have the knowledge of damn i could have gotten faster better performing gears...

so 4.10's would be better performance but 3.73s would be more comfortable

i would go with 4.10's if u really want to just have fun and i think the car be fine running inless u got above 4K rpms for 25-30 min but i might be wrong but at 3500 Rpm should be ok but heck the 3.73's would be vey comfortable for u but i would personally go with the 4.10's since mine auto but i aint the best with a stick so if i had stick i would get 3.73's but since u are good with it i would go 4.10's they fun
