Damn UPS rescheduled the delivery date on mine! Won't be here till tuesday next week... so that'll be a whole week and a day since cyber monday... this is actually my first purchase from AM.

Well hey ! im pissed too !!!
I just attempted installing my LED 3rd Brake Light.... The bolt that you screw it down w/ came out ...
Then the other nut, i dropped it and it fell inside the trunk lid where the locking mech' is ... gonna have to fish it out !!!! So im pissed. Brake looks/works good though ! ....

When I was putting my chin spoiler on either I lost a couple bolts or AM didn't give me enough hardware cuz I was missing two bolts and lock nuts

Seems to me like it had more holes than bolts on mine as well ... I think I read somewhere that they said it worked fine w/ there kit, that if you wanted to add those 2 bolts yourself you could.

Mine has held up fine ... even after a dog tried to eat it ! lol people say those chins are hard to install w/ 1 person, hint: use duck tape as your second person, makes it easy as hell !!!! lol

I just looked at my brakelight. Looks like the bolt unscrews from the light actually, so i put some RTV black silicone on the bolt and stuck it back in ... I still gotta find a way to get that other nut out though :p

FYI the LED 3rd brake light looks awesome !!!!! Nice tinted look to it, and LEDs all work nice and bright !!! Looks really cool, even in the day light ! cant wait till tonight !!!!

Mach1 grille ill try to get installed tonight before it gets to dark.

Yeah I spent a couple hours installing my chin spoiler cuz I was by myself and couldn't get it lined up where I wanted it.
When I did eventually I just marked the holes with sharpie, took the spoiler down, and drilled them out, then just put the spoiler up and put the bolts in.

after looking around I decided to get the 3rd piece with mine that way everything is reversible. (as everyone else has mentioned) and next I'm getting a chin spoiler. Unfortunately, I can't put my stuff on until Christmas

Hell I installed the 3rd brake light on my lunch break, floor mats "installed" then too.
Grille, well it took me a while after work, the plugs that you have to remove to uninstall the old are a huge PITA !!!! Like thats not even describing it ! lol I finally just figured out how many I needed for the new kit, and cut the rest out.

It was at my house by 11:00am friday morning, all installed by 5:30-6:00 that evening

Finally got my 2pc grille delete kit from AM last night... installed it this morning... I used a dremel tool to cut out the square opening for the pony... an easy 5 mins little cut-out project...

Then...


I'm not sure how much "cleaner" it's gonna look if i had gotten the 3rd pc, which IMO is the same pc that I already had, only it has a square/rectangular-ish opening...

After looking at the two, If you have a way to cut the hole. Save yourself the money, clean the one you already have, polish it up some and cut the hole .... They are very close to the same piece ...

JW, does any1 know if you can paint your radiator behind the grille ? Id like to paint it black, but wouldnt that effect the heat loss.

I would be worried about clogging things up with paint. I guess if you just dusted it, then you would be fine, but I would be really careful. You dont want to cover to much and end up with an overheating problem

Well, I just got her washed up and it got dark on me, so the pics of the grille arent that great. So ill get some new ones in the sunlight sometime soon.

Also, the pics I took tonight really brought out the true color of my stripes. People always ask if they are black or grey or some nonsense like that.

So I washed her up at the car wash, got some pics of everything, including the 3rd LED brake Light, and tri bar floor mats
