semi weake cranking.

is this normal? It's about 17 degrees F. here and I just went to start my car to warm up, well the first turn took about a second to turn but then it just cranks about 10-15 times before it fires up. Is this normal for are cars in this kinda of weather?

I would have your battery checked out. If the cells are going bad then the car will have trouble starting in cold weather.

Yeah, that's not normal. Battery is likely the problem.

Check the cables while you are at it.
