99-04 Headlights on a 95?
I was wondering if 99-04 headlights would fit onto a 95 at all? Maybe with some modifications at all?

You arent going to get them to fit without serious modification and then it would just look weird.

yes there is a way, lots of work tho not worth it. i saw an article about a guy doing a 03-04 cobra front end conversion on his 94 GT. Pretty sick but a lots of $.

yahh way too much work. even though I'd love to have a 95 GT 5.0 w/a 99-04 front end.

All you have to do it get the front bumper and side fenders from a 99-04 and fuse the to fender together so the front of the fender can hold the lights and will need to paint it to. So when you look at it besides the 25 bucks you will need 500+ extra... An besides the curves wouldn't match.
