Getting an SCT SF3 tuner from AM for Christmas. I was wondering if anyone has dyno tested the power gains to the wheels before and after the 93 octane tune? (On a near stock car) It says it can add up to 22rwhp and like 20rwtq but that sounds outrageous for a v6

I have not dynoed my car yet but the numbers feel right. I would say I picked up around that with a cai and tuner combo.

Expect maybe 10 or so to the wheels (haven't dyno tested it, but 20+ is more than likely at the crank). You might feel it a bit, although I switched back to the timing for 87 octane and couldn't really feel a difference. If you're got an auto, then you'll feel a bigger difference when you adjust your shift points.

The 05+ engines run higher compression so they see larger gains from CAI and a tune. Pre-05 see smaller gains.
