Homemade MIL eliminators

Ive seen a couple of ways on how to make an MIL eliminator just wondering if anyone did it this way, it seems like its the most simplest way to do it. I Just want some input before I do it.

Really why is that?

I will get a tuner but its a 3-4 dollar project and I have extenders that im going to use for it.

Added: Ok I see why, but im just wondering if it would still work but just a 50/50 chance.

It was a polished bullit but I sprayed it with black epoxy paint. The tri pony isnt being made anymore to my knowledge. They have a similar one out but it doesn't have a housing for the pony.I got the 05+ one from shelby see garage... They dont make one specifically for our model but there all the same when it comes down to it. Hope that helps.

older pic.

Do yours though. No need for that damn circuit board if you do it right. Hell, if it work I might start making them.. I'm pretty handy with that sort of stuff.

I will when i get some free time to do it and yes i wasn't even going to get the pc board because its too much i think people run it on newer model cars so (knocks on wood) i dont see why it couldn't work on ours.
