depends on your tune and what all you do to the block. For 20 psi your going to have to get a pretty beefy rearend and possibly a tranny. You can probably see 450-550 at the crank

you put a metal tube around the cylinder ... making a new cylinder ...

what is done is you bore out the block ... where the current pistons are then you put in the new sleves which act as a new cylinder walls... its pretty cool... the sleves are usually way stronger and help the block out a lot

well just sleeving isn't going to be enough for 20psi. your going to need full forged internals, a machined and rebuilt block a big beefy rearend and a tranny.

green...i have the stage 2 ported short block full forged internals remember..with the "windage tray"(removes excess oil from the crank so it spins quicker) bored and honed to a 4.2L...so the only thing i will need is the 8.8 read...and a new tranny most likley..but idk if i wana get a new tranny...thats a lota cash ya know so iam still debating the guy i was talking to at my work said he can sleve my block to handle 20 or 25 PSI himself if i buy mats and pay hims $200 cash..so idk sounds pretty sweet....

ALSO my LT ceramic coat headers should be comming in here within the nxt week so i already have my BORLA exhaust and iam getting a H pipe fabbd by the muffler shop...can i get a X ya think instead?

but the guy told me that at 150,000 eh put in a new tranny.....but i have no papers on it and he didnt say ..the car was all stock when i bought it for 2k so iam assuming ....its stock..

iam deffinatily thinking about getting a gear set or w/e that thing is that ur always talking about but i do have a ? about that... i wana get the 1st shifter..the black diamond or w/e the black shifter thats just a stick ...not the consol hammer..would i still be able to have control of all 4 gear that way??

and i take it to be pushing 20psi i would need a t5 tranny most likley

Oh you got an auto, your going to need a pretty beefy tranny for 20psi. Check out lentech they makes some good ones. The black diamond would give you control over the gears but I'm not sure if it fits the car. I know the hammer will though.

I just checked B&M the black diamond will fit but you will need a kit to make it work with your AOD.
