sway bars


are the gt sway bars a direct fit onto the lx? same model or not?

not sure, but they should i mean they are basically the same car arent they, the lx is just lighter than the gt

the V-6 is still called the LX? i thought they dropped that after '93

huh.. jus thought it was called the V-6 lol

ooo, what year model do you mean???? if its like a 93 gt and a 93 lx then yeh they should, i mean do some research on it b/c im not a 100% positive, if its the cars after that im not sure. sorry if this doesnt help at all

well goin by wut i can conjure up, he has a 2002 V-6

am i right? and im not sure but i dont think the LX is lighter than the GT, else everyone wud jus buy the LX

no the older models is what im talking about, my dad said that the lx's were lighter than gts, but then again he is a chevy man so i dunno

yeh but he wants to know if it will fit before he just goes and gets one, but i dont really see what the problem would be as long as it is the same year or body style.

no, that would involve alot of money probably, just go to the junkyard and say i need a swaybar that will fit (your model car goes here) and they will go find one.

im just throwin ideas out their... and if this guys is used to being waited on hand and foot like he says then it shouldn't be to big of a problem

ha well then if your are still looking check those... and larder size would be bout 1.25-1.375... that range will be much better over stock

yea sure ... you know you could have saved your self a shit ton of time and just googled it... thats all i did and started clickin away... mustangs are the same except for engine size and engine components... and i think the K and the brake system are a bit different... but stupid lil stuff like that they are the same size... well the body/ frame is... don't know bout the actual bar
