17" rims or 18 inch bullits ?

so i have a dilema and cant decide between

17 x 9 front
17 x 10.5 rear

or

18 x 9 front 255/45-18
18 x 10 rear 285/40-18

so looking for feedback - what would handle better between these

I would go for the 18" because it looks much nicer and how much slow down could the weight difference of 17" and 18" be ? Probably not very noticeable...

It's the diameter of the tier which is the difference. 10.5 inch rears? that's some fat ass tires imo

ET is I think estimated time not sure though it is how fast you run in the 1/4 though like I run a 15.2 1/4 mile ET, IMO is In my opinion, and it is more rotational mass that slows you down and some of it is weight

It's a double whammy: rotational mass and unsprung weight.
