Where is the best place

Where is the best place to get flow 40 mufflers? Also what kind of tips should I get? I've heard flowmaster tips rust easy or somethin. So I was thinkin Borla.... Also which kind 40, the super or regular. Also do I use center in and center out or right in left out or which ever one there is?

from the muffler shop, autozone, or summit all have them for about 125

and stainless steel (not chrome) tip will be fine

I like offset entrance and exit (left in right out)

and get supers IMO
